Titles Index

Search results from a Course Reserve search and certain Headings searches, or headings selected from a Headings List, are displayed in the Titles Index. The Titles Index displays the type of search, the title(s), and other information as defined by your library.

To display the record details associated with a title, click on the underlined title to jump to the Record Display. If there are more than 10 titles, you can display the next 10 titles by clicking the

  icon. You can return to the previous 10 titles by clicking the icon.

You can save information about the current records displayed in several ways as shown in the Save Options section.

  1. Mark the record(s) you are interested in by clicking on the white box on the left side of the screen,
  2. Select "All on Page," "Selected on Page," or "Selected All Pages" from the Save Options.
  3. Select the Download Format in which you want to save the record(s): Full Record, Brief Record, or Endnote Citation.
  4. Click the Format for Print/Save button to save the record(s). The records display in the format you chose.
  5. Select Save As from the File menu to save to a disk or to your computer if that option is available to you. You can also set options within your browser software in order to send/retrieve your selected records. Investigate your save options to pick the most convenient method for you.
  6. Enter your Email address and click the Email button to send the record via email.
  7. You can also place a Hold on the item.
  8. Click the Clear Selected button to clear the checkmarks from all of the current titles.

To begin a new search, click the Search Catalog button.
